- Service Overview: Wallpress Interiors (“Wallpress”) provides comprehensive interior design services, including but not limited to: design consultation, space planning, 3D visualization, furniture sourcing, custom fabrication, procurement, installation, project management, and after-service support. All design concepts, recommendations, and specifications provided by Wallpress are based on professional expertise and tailored to the client’s needs. Wallpress reserves the exclusive right to determine the methods, processes, materials, and professional judgment applied in delivering these services.
- Client Information & Data Protection: Wallpress collects only the information voluntarily provided by clients, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, service details, delivery addresses, and relevant project information. This information is used solely for project execution, communication, delivery, and administrative purposes. Wallpress does not sell or share client information with unaffiliated third parties, except where required for service execution or by Nigerian law. Wallpress may update these Terms & Conditions periodically, and all modifications take effect immediately upon publication. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly.
- Membership & Training Services: Wallpress may offer skill-acquisition programs related to interior design, installation techniques, and craftsmanship. Membership benefits may include access to training materials, safety guidelines, workshop participation, and community engagement. All training provided is for educational purposes only. Wallpress does not issue certificates, professional licenses, or accreditation of any kind. Wallpress reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program at any time.
- Payment & Delivery Policy
4.1 Payment Requirements: 100% payment may be required upfront for certain products, custom orders, or materials. For service-based engagements, Wallpress may require a non-refundable deposit before project commencement, with the balance payable at agreed milestones. No delivery, installation, custom fabrication, or project completion will occur until all outstanding payments are fully settled.
4.2 Timelines: Upon delivery or installation completion, the client must settle all outstanding payments within seven (7) days. Wallpress is not liable for delays caused by incomplete payments, client unavailability, site restrictions, or other factors outside Wallpress’s control.
4.3 Payment Methods: Payments are accepted through approved channels, including bank transfers or any other official method communicated by Wallpress.
4.4 Delivery/Installation Confirmation: Upon completion of delivery or installation, the client shall inspect the work and sign a Delivery/Installation Confirmation Form. Failure to sign but continued use or occupation of the space shall constitute deemed acceptance.
4.5 Delivery Hold: If full payment is not received within 7 days of project completion, Wallpress may suspend further work, deny access to completed designs, or withhold additional deliveries until payment is made.
4.6 Rescheduling: Clients requesting rescheduling due to delayed payments will be accommodated only subject to available dates. Wallpress is not obligated to provide immediate rescheduling.
4.7 Exceptional Circumstances: Wallpress may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative arrangements for clients facing unforeseen circumstances. Any concessions granted do not constitute a waiver of future rights.
4.8 Cancellation: Failure to make payment within the required timeframe, and failure to communicate acceptable alternatives, entitles Wallpress to cancel the order. Deposits and payments made may be subject to Wallpress’s Refund Policy and may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on project progress, custom materials ordered, or labour already performed.
- Refusal of Service: Wallpress reserves the absolute right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at any time where:
there is evidence of unethical conduct, unsafe working conditions exist, payments are delayed or disputed without merit, or project requirements violate Nigerian laws or industry standards.
- Intellectual Property: All design concepts, drawings, 3D renders, sketches, specifications, proposals, custom plans, and any creative work produced by Wallpress remain the exclusive intellectual property of Wallpress. Clients may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or commercially use any part of these materials without prior written consent.
- Refund, Return & Compensation Policy
7.1 Delivery and Service Delay Compensation: In the unlikely event that Wallpress causes a delay or inconvenience in delivery, a 2.5% discount of the total project cost may be offered at Wallpress’s discretion, subject to the following:
Eligibility
– The delay must be directly caused by Wallpress.
– Claim must be made within 48 hours of the delay.
– Wallpress reserves the right to verify all claims.
Limitations
– Only one discount applies per project.
– Delays caused by force majeure, client delays, access restrictions, unpaid balances, supplier shortages, or transportation disruptions are not eligible.
– Discount is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
– Wallpress may revise or discontinue this policy at any time.
Non-Refundable Items
– Custom-built items, special-order materials, design fees, and labour already performed are strictly non-refundable.
– Refunds, when applicable, may incur administrative or restocking fees.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to:
– Provide accurate information and timely approvals.
– Ensure access to the site as required.
– Obtain landlord/estate permissions where necessary.
– Adhere to agreed timelines for payments and feedback.
– Ensure site readiness (power supply, safe access, cleared space).
– Wallpress is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from the client’s failure to meet these obligations.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law:
– Wallpress shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
– Wallpress’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service or product.
– Wallpress is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, alterations by third parties, or environmental factors (e.g., moisture, sunlight, structural defects).
- Force Majeure: Wallpress is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply disruptions, government actions, pandemics, or civil unrest.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Nigeria.
