At Wallpress our interior design is completely tailored to you, we’re here to help from start to finish, paying close attention to details, providing a hands-on approach in which everything is delivered to your door and in case of larger projects, fully installed by us.

Your Membership: We offer skill acquisition membership to individuals based on the items and services we provide. Your membership includes access to our teaching, safety guidelines, production/ installation team, practical implementation of task and a positive community to network within. All information and services provided are purely for educational purposes only. Wallpress does not provide any certificate of completion or accreditation of any kind.
Delivery Policy:
- Payment Requirement: Wallpress requires complete payment and approval of the outstanding balance before delivering any item or completing the installation of services. This policy ensures a smooth transaction process and allows us to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Timelines: Upon completion of the delivery or installation, Wallpress will provide the customer with an invoice outlining the total payment due. The customer is required to make the full payment within 7 days from the completion date.
- Payment Methods: Wallpress accepts various payment methods, including but not limited to cash, bank transfers or approved financing options. The customer must choose a payment method that is convenient and accessible for completing the payment within the designated timeframe.
- Delivery/Installation Confirmation: Wallpress will schedule the delivery or installation based on the agreed-upon timeline with the customer. Once the delivery or installation is complete, the customer must confirm the satisfactory completion by signing off on the delivery/installation confirmation document provided by Wallpress.
- Delivery Hold: In the event that the complete payment has not been made and approved within 7 days of delivery/installation completion, Wallpress reserves the right to hold the delivery or installation until payment is received in full.
- Rescheduling: If the payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the customer may need to reschedule the delivery or installation, subject to availability. Wallpress will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new delivery or installation date but cannot guarantee immediate availability.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Wallpress understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could affect the payment timeline. If the customer encounters any challenges or requires special consideration, it is important to communicate promptly with Wallpress’s customer service team to discuss possible solutions.
- Cancellation: If the payment is not received within the designated timeframe, and no alternative arrangements have been agreed upon, Wallpress reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any paid amounts may be subject to refund policies outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Intellectual Property: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of Wallpress products and services, without express written permission by us.
Method of Payment: We accept payments online using mobile bank transfer to account details provided on the payment page.
Affiliation: We are a direct affiliate for Wallpress, we only have access to customers email address or phone number and site address when we are contacted directly through the contact us page.

(c) Discount Calculation: The 2.5% discount will be calculated based on the total price of the sale, excluding any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges.
(d) Application: The discount will be applied as a credit toward the customer’s account, refund, or a reduction in the final payment, depending on the specific circumstances and agreement with the customer. - Limitations:
(a) Limited to One Discount per Purchase: The 2.5% discount is limited to one application per purchase, even if multiple items or services are involved in the transaction.
(b) Exclusions: The discount does not apply to delivery delays or inconveniences caused by factors beyond Wallpress’s control, such as natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or customer-requested changes.
(c) Non-transferable: The 2.5% discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any other form of compensation.
(d) Modification or Termination: Wallpress reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions related to the 2.5% discount at any time without prior notice. Such modifications or terminations will not affect any claims made prior to the modification or termination.
